AI implementation · Little Rock, Arkansas

AI set up in the tools you already use, running within 90 days.

For owners of service businesses with 5 to 50 people. Two workflows that eat your week, handled by AI with a person's yes, inside software you already pay for.

Is this you?

For owners whose week leaks.

  • Inquiries get answered late or not at all, and follow-up depends on whoever remembers.
  • You already pay for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, booking or practice software, or a CRM.
  • You can give this 2 to 3 hours a week, mostly in the first two weeks and during training.
  • Someone on the team can own a workflow once it runs.

Probably not you

Not a fit when

  • You want a chatbot on the website and nothing else.
  • Nobody can own the workflow after I leave; the runbook needs a reader.
  • You need custom software built. That is the lab, a different conversation.
  • Your team is under five people. A half-day workshop usually fits better.

What you get

Six things, all of them yours.

Week 2

A one-page plan

The two workflows, the tools they run in, and what stays manual.

Week 4

Both workflows live, in your tools

Draft-and-approve in your booking, email or CRM. A person is named as owner of each.

Week 6

Your team trained on real work

Two 90-minute sessions on their own inbox, plus a one-page cheat sheet per role.

Weekly

A 45-minute check-in

Same slot every week. Slack or text in between.

Week 10

The runbook

How it works, who owns it, and what to do when it breaks.

Day 90

The numbers and a recommendation

Hours saved, response time, misses, in plain language.

Week by week

The 90 days, in five stages.

We pick two workflows that eat your week, usually inquiries and follow-up, and make AI handle the first draft of each. Nothing reaches a customer without a human yes.

  1. Weeks 1–2Assess

    Find the two workflows

    • Half-day on site watching how work moves
    • Inventory of tools you already pay for
    • Baseline: hours, response time, misses

    You get: the one-page plan

  2. Weeks 3–4Implement

    Build it in your tools

    • Draft-and-approve set up in booking, email or CRM
    • A person named as owner for each workflow
    • Test mode first

You get: both workflows live, owner trained to approve

  3. Weeks 5–6Train

    Train on real work

    • Two 90-minute sessions with your team
    • Cheat sheet per role
    • Switch from test to live

You get: the team running it

  4. Weeks 7–10Run

    Run it with you

    • Weekly review of what AI drafted and what got changed
    • Fix the prompts, not the people
    • Guardrails where it drifted

    You get: the runbook

  5. Weeks 11–13Improve

    Read the numbers

    • Hours saved, response time, misses against the baseline
    • Decide: stop, keep, or add a third workflow
    • Hand-off or monthly tune-up

You get: day-90 numbers and a recommendation

Your time

2–3 hours a week

Mostly weeks 1–2 and 5–6. Less once it runs.

Pricing

One quote for the 90 days

Written after the first call, once the two workflows and tools are known. Not hourly. It does not change mid-engagement.

Measured by

Three numbers, before and after

Hours on the two workflows, response time to inquiries, and misses. Baseline in week 2, result at day 90.

After day 90

Monthly tune-up or you run it

The runbook and every account are yours either way.

Tools we work in

Yours, not new ones.

The readiness check asks which of these you already pay for. That list is where the work happens. New tools come last, not first.

Office

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365

Customers

HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho; booking or practice software; spreadsheets used as the CRM

Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact; social schedulers; Wix, Squarespace, WordPress

Team

Slack, Teams; Asana, Trello, Monday

AI

ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot seats; AI already inside a tool you use

Proof

The same pattern, running in public.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does it cost?

One quote for the whole 90 days, written after the first 30-minute call once we know the two workflows and the tools involved. No hourly billing and no change mid-engagement. Ask on the call and you will get a number, not a range.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

Owners of service businesses with roughly 5 to 50 people: clinics, salons and studios, trades and field service, professional services, retail and hospitality. It is not for a team that wants a chatbot on the website and nothing else, or one where nobody can own a workflow after I leave.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. The work happens inside the email, booking, CRM and office tools you already pay for. If something is missing we find out in weeks 1 to 2 and decide together before anything is bought.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Weeks 1 to 2 set the baseline: hours spent on the two workflows, response time to inquiries, and misses. Day 90 reports the same three numbers, in plain language, with a recommendation to stop, keep, or add a third workflow.

What if my team does not use it?

Training is on their own inbox and their own customers, not slides, and a named person owns each workflow from week 3. Weeks 7 to 10 are spent fixing prompts, not people. If a workflow still is not used, we say so at day 90 and it does not go in the runbook.

What happens after day 90?

You get the runbook and keep every account. Most owners choose a monthly tune-up; some run it themselves. Either way there is no lock-in: leave when it works.

Tell me what's not working.

Thirty minutes tells us whether it is an afternoon fix or a 90-day engagement. Either answer is useful.

Four rules

  • People confirm what AI does. Nothing reaches a customer without a yes.
  • You own your accounts and data.
  • Every engagement ships a runbook.
  • No lock-in. Leave when it works.
