Prompt Play and AI Tinkerers

A creative-AI night that ran at Hey, Let's Play in Benton, with a take-home kit that stays online, and the monthly AI Tinkerers meetup in Little Rock.

What you leave with

Something done, not something heard.

  • Leadership: a roadmap on one page, sequenced, with owners.
  • Staff: a task from their own week completed with AI during the session, and the cheat sheet to repeat it.
  • Everyone: the take-home prompt kit, by skill level and category, with an honest best-tool-for-the-job guide.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does a workshop cost?

Priced per session and quoted on request; a half day for a leadership team or a staff workshop is one number, a three-session series is another. Community nights such as Prompt Play and AI Tinkerers are free.

Who are the workshops for?

Leadership teams who need to sequence competing AI priorities, staff who will use AI in their own work, and communities, schools and groups across Arkansas who want a hands-on introduction. Not for engineers who want a model-training course.

What do people leave with?

A leadership sprint ends with a sequenced roadmap, owners, and the first two use cases. A team workshop ends with each person having done real work in their own tools, plus a one-page cheat sheet per role. Every attendee gets the take-home prompt kit.

Do you train on our tools or yours?

Yours. The session runs in the ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or in-app AI seats you already have, on your own documents and inboxes. If you have none yet, we start with free tools and the kit.

Can a workshop turn into an engagement?

Often. A half-day sprint is the usual first step before the 90-day setup or a fractional quarter, because it settles which workflows go first.

Where do you run them?

Across Arkansas, on site or online. Prompt Play ran at Hey, Let's Play in Benton; AI Tinkerers meets in Little Rock.

Tell me who is in the room.

Who attends, what they do all day, and what you want different on Monday. That is enough to propose a format and a date.
